Xscan 3080BT – 3090BT
Xsan-3000 series is the bench top X-ray inspection system for general application from electrical parts to mechanical parts which would enable non-destructive analysis for better quality control.
Xscan 3000 series is available either with 33μm focus size (model Xscan 3080BT) or with 5μm focus size (model Xscan-3090bt).
